William Demers advises corporations on business operations, commercial transactions, debt and equity capital raising, shareholder and governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, et al.
Since 2018, he has represented insurance, manufacturing, private equity, retail, real property and technology companies on several transactions valued between 7 and 8 figures, and advised on a number of business matters.
Prior to private practice, he was trained as a lawyer at a leading global business law firm, where he worked on disputes in the oil and gas, transportation and water use infrastructure sectors (damages or disputed amounts ranging from 8 to 10 figures).
